Extended Hours

From 1st April 2017 the STAR Service will be providing extended hours on behalf of the Practice.  This means that patients will be able to access services usually delivered at the Practice i.e. GP and Nurse appointments between 6.30pm - 9.30pm weekdays and 8am - 9.30pm weekends.  To make an appointment at one of the 4 hubs (North Ormesby Health Village, One Life Centre in Linthorpe, Redcar Primary Care Hospital, East Cleveland Hospital in Brotton) please contact the Practice on 01642 277000 or 111. For more information please visit the Practice or contact us directly.

Repeat Prescription Line

From the 1st of November 2016 the Prescription Line will only be available for ordering of repeat prescriptions and prescription queries during the hours of 10.00am and 12.30pm. There will no longer be a phone line available on an afternoon. There are a number of ways to order your prescriptions - please see repeat prescription section of the website.

Convenience doesn’t stop there and you can now access a number of services online. Ordering a repeat prescription or sending us your comments are both just a click away. And if you’re not yet registered with us you can download the necessary forms here too.
